The Innovation Board Advancement Program (IBAP) is a flagship leadership initiative from the Innovator Growth Division at Mass General Brigham designed to prepare senior faculty and executive leaders for meaningful board service.

IBAP helps participants translate expertise developed through leadership in healthcare, research, operations, and innovation into effective governance and board leadership. Through practical education, networking opportunities, and exposure to experienced board leaders, participants gain the knowledge, perspective, and connections needed to expand their impact beyond their organizations.
